Hi. My name is Julie Lagos
and I am the Family Liaison for
Early On Macomb. I have three
children and two step children. My youngest son,
Ethan, is seven years old and has Down
syndrome. Ethan started with
Early On and MIPP (Macomb Infant
Preschool Program) when he was seven
weeks old and I know how
overwhelming it can be. It
doesn't take much to feel lost in
the system. I want to welcome
you and your family to the Early On
system of services and to let you
