Weather Unit! |

During the
month of April, students have been
participating in a weather unit. Our class
has been learning all about different types
of weather, what weather is seen during the
different seasons, and weather safety. The
class read a book titled, "Cloudy with a
chance of Meatballs", which was about a town
that got their food supply from the weather.
Students listened to the book during circle
time and sequenced the events of the story
using correlating pictographs. This literacy
activity had students identify events from
the story, sequence them in order, and learn
left to right progression. The students
really enjoyed this activity and learning
all about weather from this fun book!!
