Bovenschen School

Our students had the opportunity to raise money for the American Heart Association again this year. Each class participated in our basketball stations through out the week. We concluded the week with a staff-student basketball game where we had six different teams rotating in and playing each other. Our gym was full of students cheering and holding up handmade signs.

The last game the students challenged the staff members to a game. The game ended in a tie. It was a great game for both the students and staff.

As a school we raised $612.00 to be used to help with educational research for heart disease and stroke.

We will continue our tradition next February and hope to raise even more money. Here are some pictures from our event.
