Making the Right Connection in Macomb County was designed with the help of Macomb County school and human services agencies.

Through the support of the Macomb Intermediate School District's School Improvement Plan, Making the Right Connection was developed to be used by county educators. Its development was in response to one of the goals of the School/Human Services Task Committee (to assist students and their families in locating free or low-cost community services) and is the result of editing and merging several existing directories previously used by community service agencies in Macomb County.
