Legal Affairs
The Department of Legal Affairs provides legal information and advice on
educational issues to administrators of Macomb Intermediate School
District and its constituent districts. Services include:

Providing districts with information on changes in
the law and legal issues affecting education.

Assisting districts in addressing common legal issues
that face school administrators.

Rendering opinions on legal questions affecting
school districts.

Processing property transfer requests.

Complying with Freedom of Information Act (FOIA)
requests.
