A common error when re-installing SRSD02:
I have loaded the newest version of the Macomb SRSD program and once I am logged in and I select my school district from the pop up box I get the following message:"srsdTbl:Index does not exist. Index: STUNAME"   What do I do?

• A new report, "Free and Reduced Lunch Totals by Building", has been added to the system.

• An export procedure to create an xml file for MSDS Early Roster submission has been added.
• Two new indicators have been added to field #125. Position 8 is "Personal Curriculum Status" and position 9 is "Early/Middle College Participant".
• The error check for field #23, exit status, has been changed to require position 9 of field #125 to be '1' when exit codes 40 or 41 are selected.

• This version changes the Early Childhood data collection and export system to comply with the MSDS Early Childhood specifications.  You will notice that the Early Childhood tab is completely new and we have also added Early Childhood xml export from the File menu.
• The procedure to build the 4061 report has been enhanced to produce a warning message for each student that is coded as grade 20 in field # 19 and is also marked as Alternative Education in field #125

• The program has been update to conform to the CEPI manual for spring 2009.  Also, a feature to import "Request for UIC" xml files has been added.  This feature can be found under "File/Import - MSDS - XML/Request for UIC".

Version 4.6.0.8

• The "Request for UIC" export procedure has been updated to conform to CEPI validation changes. The procedure will export a 122-byte record for students who do not have a UIC and are requesting a new UIC. It will export a 132-byte record for students who have a UIC and are requesting UIC validation.

• The 4061 report was not counting Adult Ed students (grade 20) who were marked as Alternative Ed in field #125. This has been changed to conform to the CEPI error check reports.

• The option to choose to export all records or only those with blank UICs has been added to the UIC export function.

• The UIC export function will create both text and xml files. Either may be sent to CEPI at this time. At some future date CEPI will accept only the xml file.
