SRSD FAQ

Q: I have loaded the newest version of the Macomb SRSD program and once I am logged in and I select my school district from the pop up box I get the following message:"srsdTbl:Index does not exist. Index: STUNAME"

What do I do?

A: Close SRSD02, then using Windows Explorer or MyComputer, go into your SRSD02 folder and erase the file SRSddddd.MDX (where ddddd is your five-digit district code). The next time you run SRSD02 the program will automatically rebuild the indexes.

If that does not solve the problem, then delete both the SRSddddd.DBF & SRSddddd.MDX files. Run SRSD02 and select File/New to create a new database for your district. You can then import your data from your last CEPI submission file.
