Mathematics     Title of Product:(#5) Preparing Students for the MEAP High School Test in Mathematics: Sample Booklet - Teacher/Student Edition Target Audience: Grades 3-8 - Maintain Basic Skills Description: Developed in 1995 and revised in 1998 to assist teachers in preparing students for the Michigan High School Proficiency Test, the booklet was designed to meet the criteria of good classroom assessment practice set by testing and evaluation professionals. The booklet of approximately 170 pages contains at least one module for each of the four content areas outlined in the Framework for the Proficiency Test - Number; Data Analysis and Probability; Algebraic Ideas; and Geometry and Measurement. Each module consists of three sections: Interactive Assessment, Multiple Choice, Constructed Response/Open-Ended Questions.
