What's ROSES

The Registry of Special Education Students (ROSES) is a PC-based program that meets and exceeds current Michigan Special Education requirements. ROSES is continually being updated to meet changing Federal and State requirements.

ROSES has the ability to provide up-to-date Special Education and pupil membership count data at the Building, Local District, Intermediate District, and State levels.

ROSES is designed to work with the Michigan SRSD project, with Macomb ISD's SRSD02 software and the Michigan Special Education MI-CIS project.

ROSES is designed to work in cooperation with SASI III® and SASIxp®, K-12 student records software from NCS/Pierson Education.

In full implementation, ROSES links with SASI demographic data and Exports Special Education data to SASI. For districts who prefer, ROSES can stand-alone in the Special Education Department.

If necessary, ROSES can be modified to work with other General Education student records systems.
