MICIS and SRSD: ADDED field edits for Data Verification:

Field 39c – School Days Beyond Initial IEP Timeline
* Error if Field 39c is not blank when Field 39a or Field 39b is blank. Zero not sent.

Field 40 – FTE in Section 52
* Error if program eligibility is set and primary disability, or IEP date, or Education setting is spaces.
* Error if program eligibility is set and parental consent is not spaces and IEP date is spaces.
* Error if program eligibility is set and exit reason is spaces then Section 52 FTE and section 53 FTE must be entered.
* Error if program eligibility is set and primary disability is spaces and IEP date is spaces and parent consent is spaces and IEP result is spaces and Program 1 is spaces and Service 1 is spaces and education setting is spaces.
* Warn if program eligibility is set and Program 1 is spaces and Service 1 is spaces.

Field 44 – Primary Educational Setting
* Reworded all descriptions for better age groups and dropdown spacing on screen.
* Added Codes 24 and 28 to the legacy code warning list in the error checking.

Field 46 – Special Education Exit Date
* Error if the exit date is less than the birthday.
* Error if the exit date is less than the SE Start Date.

Field 50 – Placement Is In District by Another District IEP
* Warn if an ISD then field 50 must be 1=True.
* Warn if a PSA then field 50 must be spaces=False.
* Warn if a LEA and resident code is “02” or “03”, then Field 50 must be spaces=False.
* Warn if a LEA and resident code is “04” or “08” then Field 50 must be spaces=False.
* Warn if Residency code is not “02”, “03”, “04”, or “08” and Attending and Resident district are the same, then Field 50 value should be spaces=False.
* Warn if Residency code not “02”, “03”, “04”, or “08” and Attending and Resident district are not the same then Field 50 value should be 1=True.

Conversion Program Updates:
* Reworded all educational setting descriptions for clarity within age groups (Field 44).
* Added - If district is an ISD, then set Placement By Another District IEP to True.
* Added - If district is a PSA, then set Placement By Another District IEP to False.

Report Menus and Report Enhancements:
* Added the UIC code was added to MICIS and SRSD errors and warnings reports.

* Main>Reports>Building and Staff Reports Menu:
o Added new Provider/Building Student Count Button and Report.

* Main>Reports>Validation Report Menu:
o Added Placement by Another District IEP Button and Report.

* Main>Reports>Miscellaneous Report Menu:
o Added UIC code to Provider Caseload Report and Provider report, reports with provider selection on medium and large report formats.

* Main>Reports>Pupil Accounting Report Menu:
o Basic Student Field Errors/Warnings Report: Added “Calc Student Age As Of" to enable use of the December Count Date of the current school year to determine student age.
o Pupil Accounting > Basic Student Field > modified to show the UIC or the pupil id. The Pupil id is highlighted with an asterisk (*).
o Pupil Accounting > FTE validation > modified to show the UIC or the pupil id. The Pupil id is highlighted with an asterisk (*).
o Import/Export/Shared Reports: Modified to show the UIC or the Pupil ID. Pupil ID is highlighted with an asterisk (*).
o Membership Reports: Modified to show the UIC or the Pupil ID. Pupil ID is highlighted with an asterisk (*).
o SRSD Text File Export: Added “calc student age as of” to the SRSD export parameter screen. This is the date used to calculate the student’s age. This date is the MICIS count date, normally December 1, of the current school year. The SRSD export requirements base the student age, using the December count date as the base.

* Main>Reports>Verification Reports>Basic Student Field Report:
o Added Field 46 Special Ed Exit Date verification.
o Added checks for Legacy Educational Setting Codes.
* Main>Reports>Miscellaneous > Entry/Placement/Exit > modified to show the UIC or the Pupil ID. The Pupil id is highlighted with an asterisk (*).
* Main>Reports>Migration/Rollover> modified to show the UIC or the pupil id. The Pupil ID is highlighted with an asterisk (*).
