Must district notify parent if EVALUATION REVIEW DETERMINES THAT NO FURTHER TESTING IS NEEDED?

Yes. The district must inform the parent about that determination and the reasons for it, and about the parent’s opportunity to request a reevaluation of the student’s disability. (MDE Draft 8/1/2003)
