Must the monitor review a MET that the district completed, even if the district completed the MET BEFORE THE END OF 36 MONTHS?

Yes. Each new MET replaces the previous MET. The reevaluation IEP that follows a MET re-establishes the 36 month calendar. (MDE Draft 8/1/2003)
