OmniForm Filler is a
low-cost (less than $30 per user) solution that lets users in a
school fill out forms created in OmniForm while protecting the
form design from modification. Tab-and-type entry makes filling
out forms simple, and with AutoFill, drop-down choices, and
automatic calculations you get perfect legible results every
time. The automatic database keeps a record of all your entries,
which you can search, sort, and update on a stand-alone PC or
over a network. Networked forms/data can be shared with other
Filler users.

differences: "Full" OmniForm and OmniForm
Filler
"Full"
Omniform contains two modes, design and fill.
-> In design mode, you scan and convert paper forms,
convert previously scanned images, edit forms and design forms.
-> In fill mode, you
fill out, save, send and print forms and form data and use the
database functions of OmniForm.
OmniForm
Filler contains only the fill mode of
OmniForm.
This lower-priced product is a companion for OmniForm, for
users who only need to fill eForms created with OmniForm.
OmniForm Filler has
features to ease form filling, increase the accuracy of
information entered into the form.

cost-effective way to let special education staff in your
schools access electronic forms and information, accurately fill
out forms, and more -- all while keeping the form layout and
built-in intelligence safe from unauthorized modification.

Fill Out Any Form
OmniForm Filler lets you fill out any form created with any
version of OmniForm. It takes advantage of all built-in
functions such as automatic calculations and drop-down
boxes.

Print/Fax/Mail
Support
Once a form has been filled out, you can print, fax, e-mail,
or use routing slips to communicate the form and its data to
others.

Built-in Database
With OmniForm Filler, as soon as you fill in a form, it
becomes the first record in a new database. Any user of this
database can create a new, blank form using the record as a
template, and then fill in new information to create another
record. If you have more than one record you use toolbar
buttons or commands to move back and forth through the
records.

Complete Database
Functions
You can quickly search the records for information using
dialog boxes, and you can perform other common functions
like sort, recalculate, delete, refresh, save and
export.

Spell Checking
OmniForm Filler gives you perfect results by
automatically spell checking the data you enter in your
forms.

Just tab and type or enter data by choosing from a list of
choices. OmniForm Filler automatically performs field

sizing
OmniForm Filler can adjust the size of text entered into
a fill field if the amount of text exceeds the allotted
space of the field. Text can be resized to as small as 4
points.

Compatibility
OmniForm Filler is compatible with the 32-bit versions
