OTHER CLOTHING RESOURCES

Clothes Closet at Center Line High School is available for any Center Line Public School family or resident struggling to provide their families with the basics of daily living and includes clothing for infants, children, teenagers and adults. Available from the Center Line Public Schools Clothes Closet, (586) 510-2000.

Clothing Swaps - Bags of clothes are available for individuals and families. For more information, go to: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/SEMIclothingswap/

Consignment Stores are available throughout Macomb County. For a list, go to: http://businessfinder.mlive.com/MI then select “Consignment Stores.”  Enter your location and a list of stores will pop up.

Free clothing (also lunch, haircuts, health services, etc.) is available for the homeless and low-income persons in need and available at regularly scheduled “Community Connection Days” sponsored by the Macomb County Homeless Coalition*. Offered several times a year, for dates and locations, go to: www.macombresources.info.

Internet sales for used clothing is available from Craigslist: www.craigslist.org or Ebay: www.ebay.com

Mom-to-Mom Resale events held at neighborhood churches, schools, and moms clubs. At Mom-to-Mom resale events, moms rent a table and sell children’s used clothing and other items at reasonable prices. For more information go to: www.mom2momlist.com.

Voucher for a Society of
St. Vincent de Paul* Thrift Shop along with a debit card to pay for the purchase is available from local Catholic Churches. Website:  www.svdpdet.org
