NOTE: This course assumes some familiarity with navigation in Schoology, including the ability to log in and create a class. If you are new to Schoology, you might want to take “Basics of Schoology” first or review basic information about Schoology on the Schoology Support Site.

Participants will learn about options for assessing students while using Schoology. Both formative and summative practices will be considered. Learn how to create use rubrics effectively on assignments and discussion boards. Give audio and video feedback using features in Schoology Enterprise. Find out how content can be aligned to standards and reviewed on the Mastery Dashboard. You will take a tour of the grade center, learn more about the pass back of grades to Power Teacher Pro, and find out how to set up your classes for grade transfer. The test/quiz feature will be explored, as well as Schoology portfolios and badges.
