Human Resources

Human Resources serves a dual function; internally to the Macomb Intermediate School District and externally to the constituent school districts.

Human Resources staff maintains and processes MISD personnel files, employee fringe benefit programs and facilitates the employee orientation and evaluation process.  Human Resources staff coordinate activities related to negotiations, recruitment and the processing of the personnel/human resource reports.  Other services include the coordination of substitute teachers, paraprofessionals and teacher certification.

  As of January 10, 2006, the Macomb Intermediate School District has been providing a host site for Integrated Biometric Technology (Formerly Identix Identification Services) to offer fingerprinting services for member districts of the Macomb Human Resources Professionals' Organization.
