 Inserting a Graph into your PowerPoint Presentation

 

 PowerPoint allows you to add graphs to your presentations. Adding a graph can help you explain information to your audience. It also helps to show the audience trends and growth.

In this tutorial, we will create a slide with a graph showing Michigan Educational Assessment Program test results for five years (1996-2000) and in three subject areas (Mathematics, Reading and Science). We will insert a graph on a blank page. You could choose one of the Autolayouts that contains a chart and textbox. The procedure for creating a chart would be the same.
