Adding Subtitles and Bulleted
List

Adding a Subtitle
We want our second slide to be our table of contents. So
we want to add a subtitle of "Table of Contents."
- Click on the Text Box Icon found on the Drawing
Tool Bar at the bottom of the PowerPoint Screen. The Icon
is shown on the right.
- Click where you want to insert the text.
- A small box will appear. Type "Table of Contents".
The box will expand to fit your text.
- If you need to reposition the Text Box, click on
the border of the text box and drag it to the new
location.
- Edit the text for size, color, font and style.

Adding a Bulleted List
You can easily add bulleted list to your presentation.
- After the words "Table of Contents" Press Enter or
Return.
- Click on the Bulleted List Icon (At right) on the
Format Tool Bar.
- Type the following items pressing Enter or Return
after each item.
- Motto
- Governor
- Places to Visit
- State bird, tree, flower, etc.
Hint: If you want to start a new line. But dp not want to
have a bullet, hold down the Shift Key while you press
Return or Enter.
