Step 7 - Planning and Reflection
There is of course, a larger opportunity at hand and that is the chance to
reflect upon the Lesson Study process overall. Most Lesson Study team members
report a fundamental shift in attitude by participating in this disciplined
methodology of focusing on student learning and development. Many teachers
report a deeper appreciation of their subject matter. And almost all speak of
the benefits of thinking and reflecting upon the art, craft and science of
teaching.
