Services/FTE Screen:
Added PCS “Personal Care Services” to
Services - for use by ISD and Local
Center Program Sites with Para-Pro
Aides.
Key Field Screen:
Deleted ALL OBSOLETE Ed Setting
Codes/Descriptions for SRSD #44 per SRSD
Manual: 04, 10, 21, 24, 28, 33, 34, 35,
36, 37, 39, 40.
Edit the Create SRSD text file export
and Roses error checker identify the use
of these OBSOLETE codes as “Errors”.
Initial Referral Timeline Screen:
Changed Code Description for SRSD #39A
On ROSES
- From 03 – NO-IEP Child/Family moved
before Initial IEP
- To 03 – NO-IEP Moved during 30 Day or
Extension Due Date.
Implemented all “Warnings” for Field 39C
on pg 90 of SRSD Fall manual.
Pupil Accounting SRSD Errors Report:
Edited ERROR Checking program to report
“Fatal Errors” if these exist in active
records per 39a, 39b, and 39c field
rules.
Checked/Fixed sending of 000 in field
39C, when appropriate.
Pupil Accounting Text File Creation:
Added “Warning” if Fields 39A and 39B
and 39C (Initial IEP Timelines) are all
blank for any SRSD reporting cycle.
i.e., no data being sent.
Pupil Accounting Reports:
Added Import UIC from SRSD Text File
Capability
Added MI-Access Pre-ID export file for
ROSES-maintained Test Participation
Codes.
Age/Transition Report:
Added the PCS code to select students
who have the PSC service code for
printing.
