TARGET AUDIENCE: Adults working directly with the student discipline process

Restorative action plans (RAPs) are used to identify, address, and evaluate the steps necessary to repair harm to victims, reintegrate removed offenders, and strengthen relationships in the community. This 2-hour training is designed for all staff involved in the student discipline process. Restorative action plans take a problem-solving approach to discipline, replacing punitive measures with emotional learning opportunities.
