Like a painter uses a scaffold to reach the next level in a building, students can use scaffolds to reach the next level in their understanding. Scaffolding instruction helps students understand content in a way that is challenging-without becoming frustrating. This session will focus on how quality scaffolding can impact the literacy of all learners. This will be a hands-on workshop. Please make sure you have a flash-drive with content reading or access to an online textbook. Presenter: Diana Coles
