For the Following Purpose: I agree to take responsibility for its care and use. I also agree not to change the device or add to the device. If the device is an iPad or iPod, I agree not to connect to any computer while the device is away from school. School will be responsible for any restoration or backing up of the device. It is my understanding that the MACOMB INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT OWNS this equipment and will be responsible for the general maintenance of this device. However, it is my responsibility to pay costs incurred for repairing damage from abuse or loss of the above mentioned equipment. I also agree to promptly return the equipment to the MISD Program if and when requested.
