The Macomb PLC Network is a self-help group that seeks to provide information and support on adapting the Professional Learning Community (PLC) process as job-embedded professional learning in schools. Discussion will focus on the 3 Big Ideas of a PLC: Focus on Learning, Collaborative Culture, and Results Orientation along with the 4 Critical Questions of learning: What do we want students to learn? How will we know if students have learned? What will we do for students who have not learned? What will we do for students who have already mastered the content?
